Big Birds

Hamid is going to be traveling a lot in the next few weeks, so we decided to have a "family night" on Wednesday.  We asked Emma what she wanted to do, our conversation went kind of like this. . .

Me:  "Do you want to see a movie?"

Emma:  "BORING"

Me:  "Do you want to go to the Farmer's Market?"

Emma:  "BORING"

Me:  "Do you want to feed the ostriches?"

Emma:  "YEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!"

The Farmer's Market would have been MY first choice, but I had to remind myself that it was FAMILY night not MOMMY night! 

So off we went to Ostrich Land, which is located 1/2 mile from our house (you know you're jealous!). 

FYI - My sweet Chloe thinks that wearing her baby sister's stocking cap is fashionable, what do you think?

Emma LOVED this place! 

Chloe, Mommy and Alyssa were a bit more reluctant.

And Daddy, well he can have a good time ANYWHERE!

Guess we can check Ostrich Land off our list!
